OUT OF WARRANTY - PART MISSING CHAIN REPAIR

We pride ourselves on great service and products that stand the test of time. However, as with everything that is worn regularly, fine jewellery can also show signs of wear and tear and can possibly break.

If your chain chain has snapped, we will happily repair it for you, however if we have to add up to 2" of missing chain there will be a charge. To add more than 2" we shall quote case by case. 

Please allow us 5 days from there to repair the item.
